Managed the engineering, installation, operation of the telephone, voicemail and leased-line data systems in support of nation-wide operations.

Managed the testing and support for the ethernet products produced here. Responsible for Novell and Microsoft certification testing of these products and assisting customers in the configuration and operation of them. Provided support for Novell and Microsoft Network operating systems to customers.
