Sellers spaces are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Each seller's space consists of two parking places, each pair costing $15.00. More than 1 pair can be purchased so generally speaking, if you show up by 6:00am you should be able to get a space. Unless it's raining, or threatening rain, the first and last fleamarket will sell out early. Plan accordingly. Speaking of rain, there is no rain-check or refund.

We've requested the contractor to place them along the fence opposite the main campus road. They should be in place by the official 8:00am start time. They've typically been in place the evening before.

There are a few hardy individuals that come from some distance, arrive the night before and camp out all night in the lot. Normal people start arriving about 4:30am and the BEST slots are taken by about 6:00am.
A number of reasons preclude us from being able to hold sellers at the gate until the start time; there is no gate, traffic would back up and down 280 and into Los Altos if we tried.

Overall, the fleamarkets are a function of the Perham Foundation. They in turn contract out each month to a different radio club. If you have any problems that need immediate resolution, go to the food table and ask for the person in charge. This will put you in contact with a member of the club sponsoring the event that month. If it's a problem with the fleamarkets as a whole, then the problem should be addressed to the Perham Foundation. The easiest way to do this is to submit a suggestion or problem on this web site. It will be forwarded to the appropriate individual(s) for resolution.

The fleamarket is located in Lot 7 of Foothill College, 12345 Moody Road, Los Altos. This is towards the hills when you exit 280 at El Monte/Moody Road. The campus main drive is now one-way. Upon entering the campus, you must turn right. This road is a big loop and will bring you all the way around to Lot 7 on the right. Lot 7 is for sellers only. Buyers can park in Lot 1, just to the right as you enter the campus, or circle around to Lots 3 and 4 on your left as you come around the circle. Parking is $2.00/car in any lot.
There is no parking allowed on the campus drive for loading or unloading. You will be ticketed, once the campus police start patrolling. Also, you must be parked in actual parking slots. If you are parked on the grass/dirt or in the yellow zones, you will be ticketed.
